This Privacy Policy describes how NarraLearn (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with the Service. We collect information you provide directly, such as account and contact details, as well as information generated through use of the Service, such as course content, narration requests, and AI tutor interactions.
Information is used to operate and improve the Service, provide support, and communicate with account holders. We do not sell personal information. Institutional customers retain ownership of their content and their students’ data, and we act as a processor of that data on their behalf.
